Entrepreneur.
Father.
Community Leader.
Jethro Adir Kavod is an entrepreneur, father, and resident of Don Valley North with a strong belief in service, responsibility, and community.
His professional journey has been shaped by entrepreneurship, with experience in transportation and property management. Building and managing businesses has taught him the importance of accountability, making responsible decisions, solving problems, and understanding the everyday realities faced by residents and local businesses.
He believes that learning is a lifelong commitment. Alongside his professional and community experience, he is pursuing studies in Political Science as part of his commitment to continuous personal and professional growth. His educational background also includes studies in Real Estate, complementing his practical experience in business and property management.
As a father and member of the Don Valley North community, he sees the pressures people are facing every day. The cost of living, housing, transportation, neighbourhood safety, aging infrastructure, access to City services, and the future we are building for the next generation are not distant issues. They affect the daily lives of people across the community.

WHY I AM RUNNING
A Stronger Voice for Ward 17

01. Our Mission
This campaign is rooted in a simple belief: people deserve a councillor who is present, accessible, and accountable.
That means listening before making decisions, being available beyond election season, and making sure the concerns of Don Valley North are represented clearly and consistently at City Hall.
02. Our Vision
The focus is on the issues that shape everyday life in Ward 17: affordability and housing, safer neighbourhoods, reliable transit, better roads and sidewalks, support for seniors, opportunities for youth and families, stronger local businesses, and responsible development that works for the community.
03. Our Story
For Jethro, public service is about more than holding office. It is about earning trust through presence, listening, and action.
Leadership is about showing up, listening to the community, and getting things done.
